2011 has been a great year for Country Knights but we couldn't have done it without you, the Dancer! Thank you for your continued support at our classes, our workshops and all our social events. It's wonderful to see so many friendly, smiling faces always looking back at me. It has genuinely been a pleasure meeting and teaching so many lovely people that I'm proud to call my friends. I hope to see you at our classes and events in 2012 but if not, on the Line Dance circuit somewhere - please do come and say 'Hello'!

Weekend in Margate
Country Knights will host a line dancing weekend away at the beginning of June 2012 in Margate. The weekend will run over four days from 1st - 4th June 2012 and will be hosted at the Smith's Court Hotel.
The weekend will include 3 nights Dinner, Bed and Breakfast in the stylish Orangery restaurant, with full english breakfast and a choice of evening meals. There will be a full evening of line dancing on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights with a (optional) Red, White and Blue theme on Saturday night and a (optional) Top Hats and Tiaras night on Sunday - time to get out your bling! Workshops will be held on Saturday and Sunday mornings where you can learn all the latest dances and the afternoons will be left free so that you can explore the local area or just relax on the beach.
The Smith Court Hotel has hosted a variety of events and is purpose built for our Line Dancing weekend as it has a large wooden dance floor, fully licensed bar, elegant restaurant, luxurious rooms and ample free parking. The hotel, which is situated on the outskirts of Margate in Cliftonville, is located right opposite the sea and boasts wonderful sea views from many of it's rooms. Margate town centre is just a short walk along the prom and has a variety of well known high streets stores as well as traditional seaside entertainment.
The cost of the weekend is £149 and your place can be secured with just a £10 deposit. Please contact Marie if you would like more details.

Happy 2nd Birthday Country Knights!
Country Knights recently celebrated their 2nd Birthday and the dancers held a surprise party at the Borehamwood venue. "It was a complete surprise to me!" said Marie, the Country Knights Dance Instructor. "I wondered what was happening when people came in with balloons and decorations. It was such a great night and it's fabulous to know that everyone still enjoys the class after two years. I'd like to say 'Thank You' to everyone for all their efforts and for making me feel so special. I'm very lucky to have so many lovely people attending my classes!"

Line Dancing Socials
Due to popular demand, Country Knights now holds regular line dancing socials at both of it venues in Borehamwood and Greenford. All of our socials are based on your requests - that means we only play your favourite dances! Each event has been very successful with guest dancers from other line dancing clubs joining us regularly. Why not come and join in the fun! See our Events page for our dates and venue details.
Hire Country Knights for your Event
Do you have a party, function or event coming up? Why not hire Country Knights to teach your group Line Dancing? We have hosted several events including street parties, school fetes and birthday functions. We will teach your group all of the line dancing steps and well as providing the music, equipment and licenses. More importantly, Country Knights will make sure your events is FUN!
